In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kg88 website accessible at kg88.io and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and game environments operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "kg88" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the operator of the kg88 Platform and all persons acting on its behalf.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet tokens, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money game participation placed by a Player using funds from their Account Balance.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. kg88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Accounts opened by or on behalf of persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any real-money Balance may be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kg88 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void pending Wagers, and retain any Bonus Funds applied to those Accounts.

3.1 Personal Use Only. The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, or in connection with any commercial venture, without the prior written consent of kg88.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct. In using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players, match fixing, or manipulation of any game, sporting event, or betting market;
• Exploit any error, malfunction, or miscalculation in the Platform's software, odds engine, or payment system;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable via any communication feature of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Allow any third party to use your Account, or use any Account that belongs to another person.

3.3 Platform Availability. kg88 aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond kg88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. kg88 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, including losses of potential winnings during a period of unavailability.

3.4 Jurisdiction Compliance. Players are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction. kg88 does not provide legal advice. 4.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All Wagers are subject to kg88's acceptance. kg88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, where a maximum liability threshold has been reached, or where a system error has affected the offered odds or game outcome.

4.2 Finality of Results. Subject to Section 4.3, all game and sporting event results are final once settled. Settled Wagers will not be reversed except where kg88 identifies a clear and demonstrable error in the settlement process.

4.3 Void Bets. A Wager may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event or match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport-specific rules;
• The odds or game parameters were published in error (a "palpable error"), including odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market;
• Fraud, collusion, or irregular activity is suspected in connection with the Wager;
• The Wager was placed using Bonus Funds in a manner that contravenes the applicable bonus terms.

4.4 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Where a match is subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, reduced-over results, or official revision by the relevant governing body, the official result as declared by that governing body shall be used for settlement purposes.

4.5 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension. kg88 will not be responsible for Wagers accepted after the relevant event or action has already occurred due to data transmission delays. Where kg88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Wager was placed after the relevant event, that Wager may be voided.

4.6 Maximum Winnings. kg88 applies maximum payout limits per Wager and per day. These limits are set out in the applicable sport and game rules available on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at that limit regardless of the theoretical payout calculation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kg88 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at kg88's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, unless a different minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may also apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank card and direct bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution. kg88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, kg88 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the associated Account, and report the matter as appropriate.

5.5 No Interest. kg88 does not pay interest on Account Balances. Funds held in your Account are held solely for the purpose of funding your Wagers and are not an investment or savings product.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made from your real-money Account Balance. Bonus Funds and promotional credits are not withdrawable unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full as set out in the relevant bonus terms.

6.2 Identity Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, kg88 may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain games or at odds below a specified minimum may not contribute toward wagering requirements. 7.4 Withdrawal of Offers. kg88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

10.4 Force Majeure. kg88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond kg88's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third-party payment processors.

11.1 kg88's Right to Suspend. kg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if kg88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

11.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposits, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided upon Account closure for breach of terms.
